By accessing or using the services provided by Champion Scrims (hereinafter referred to as "we," "us," or "our") through the website https://championscrims.com and associated Discord channels, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.
You must be at least 13 years old to participate in our matches and use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.
Participants must adhere to the rules specified in the relevant Discord channels at all times. Failure to comply with these rules may result in immediate suspension or permanent banning from our services.
Participants in matches within Champion Customs, Champion Creative, Champion Ladder, and Champion Console must follow the specific rules outlined in the respective Discord channels. These rules are subject to change and will be updated regularly.
All participants must conduct themselves in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner. Any form of cheating, harassment, or abuse will not be tolerated and may result in immediate disqualification and banning.
Participants can be banned from any Champion server or disqualified from events at the sole discretion of Champion Scrims management. Reasons for banning or disqualification include, but are not limited to, rule violations, unsportsmanlike behaviour, and any actions deemed detrimental to the integrity of the community.
Participants may have the opportunity to win money or other prizes in our events. Winning participants must provide accurate payment details to receive their prizes.
Participants who are banned from any Champion server or disqualified by management for any reason will forfeit their right to receive any pending prizes.
Payments may take up to 120 business days to process. Champion Scrims is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party payment processors.
Champion Scrims is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your use of our services, participation in matches, or any actions taken by us, including banning or disqualification.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and it is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. Your continued use of our services after any modifications constitute your acceptance of the new Terms.
